Come one come all to support the homeless pets of Catoosa County! Meet and Greet pet adoptions, Pet Costume Contest, Puppy Parade, Leashed Play Zones, Food Trucks, Vendors, Photo Booth and more! This is a FREE family event with rescue donations to enter contests. Come have some fun at Bark'TOBER Fest.
